Fall (낙법/ Nak-Beob) : Falling method. -Nak Beop falling and impact "receiving" methods are used to make techniques and training more effective. These are methods to assist one's training partner as well as to protect oneself by absorbing impact.

Also, proper falling methods are essential not only for effective training, but also to avoid serious bodily damage which may be incurred in training.

Nak Beop is divided into : absorption techniques and rolling techniques.
