Kyo-sa course seminar

* Purpose of education
- This course deals with "Yu Sool Ki".
It includes method of leading and instruction for teaching students up to the kyo-sa course.

Ki Bon Ki (Foundation techniques)
- How to destroy to opponent center of body (balance).

Dang Sin Ki (Hitting, Kicking technique)
- Strike, pierce, Kick techniques which utilize and focus on vital spots,
acupuncture points and the 14 ki meridians.

Hyeol Do Ki (Pressing and Breaking technique which 14 ki meridians)
- Pressing and Breaking technique which utilize and focus on vital spots,
acupuncture points and the 14 ki meridians.

Kwan Jeol Ki (Joint technique)
- Uses the joints of the body for breaking, pressing and twisting, joints utilized.

Jeon Hwan Ki (Step move technique)
- Stepping and Turning techniques used to bring an opponent under control.

Che Sool Ki (Push down and Dropping technique)
- Through stepping and turning, using all parts of the body,
the opponents center is destroy(lost), after which they can be more easily be thrown.

"Chae"- body muscles power.
▶ These three elements combine and are utilized simultaneously as one.
▶ Together, their power is focused on the opponent's joints, pressure points, vital spots, and for throwing.
